Easy 12 Days of Christmas for Kids Project with 25+ Advent Ideas

I’ve been using many of my working hours getting the house spruced up for Christmas and launching the blogging resource guide that I totally spaced out of having an advent calendar for our kids.  I know we can’t do “everything”, so I’m not beating myself up about it.   I thought I could at least look around our home to see what we already had on hand and create a sort of advent calendar / 12 days of Christmas type of thingamabobber for the kids to have fun with. Lol

Thankfully I got to jump on board with a great group of bloggers all sharing some last minute holiday ideas.  Welcome if you are hopping over from Life on Virginia Street  <<<< she is so dang talented!

12 Days of Christmas For Kids

This is so easy it’s ridiculous. Haha! Ok, so I had some supplies left over from summer I had picked up in the fab dollar section of Target.

> 12 Small Muslin or Burlap bags

> Red and White twine

> 12 Gift tags

Do I even have to explain the proces???

Really >>> so easy it took maybe 10-15 minutes.

I had my daughter help stencil the numbers 1-12 on the tags.

I looped the bags through the rungs of an old ladder that was my husband’s grandfather’s.

I attached the tags to the bags.

As you can see I even ditched the red and white twine since the gift tags already had twine attached to them.

Easy 12 Days of Christmas For Kids
