Rustic Country Table Before and After

Hey hey from Vegas!!!

Yes, we’re in Vegas and having a GREAT time! I may share more about our trip later, but today I wanted to share a before and after of a recent dining table I refinished. I pretty much followed the same exact steps I did for our office desk I just finished.

BEFORE

Here is the table half sanded. {oops! getting ahead of myself!}

AFTER:

I was pretty happy with the results! So much so that I went ahead and sold our black pub height square table set and kept this! Doesn’t hurt that puts money back into the family budget too.

Like I said, I went through the same steps as the desk. Sand, Stain, Whitewash, Seal. Then just painted the lower apron and legs with Annie Sloan Chalk Paint in Old White.

I actually do have another table I bought awhile ago to put in our dining room, so really….this will just be hanging our here until I get that one done. Oh,the life of a furniture refinishing gal! Always changing it up.  ;-)

Even though we’re having a blast here in Vegas, I’m excited to get back to work on our office and wrap it up. Here is a sneak peak of the bookshelves I built for the room. I’m so excited about them!
